Return Policy — RLX Outdoors

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Return Conditions:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Items damaged by normal use are not eligible for return
• Sale items are final and non-refundable

Procedure:

1. Contact us at service@rlxoutdoors.com with your order number
2. We will send you return instructions within 48 hours
3. Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method

Return Shipping Fees:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item or an error on our part.
